END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
IMPORTANT—READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement (”EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and Openofficetemplates.net that covers all open office templates (”TEMPLATES”) made by Openofficetemplates.net. By copying, downloading, accessing or otherwise using any TEMPLATES, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
TEMPLATES LICENSE
Each TEMPLATES is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. Each TEMPLATES is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE. This EULA grants you the right to use any TEMPLATES only for personal use only. You may not sell, resell, license, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise transfer for value. You may distribute the TEMPLATES but You may not remove or alter any logo, trademark, copyright, hyperlinks, disclaimers, terms of use, or other proprietary notices within the TEMPLATES.
2. TERMINATION. Without prejudice to any other rights, Exceltemplate.net may terminate this EULA if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of any TEMPLATES.
3. NOTICE SPECIFIC TO TEMPLATES. Openofficetemplates.net make no representations about the suitability of the templates for any purposes. All templates are provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Openofficetemplates.net hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the TEMPLATES including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. In no event shall Openofficetemplates.net be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the TEMPLATES.
4. MISCELLANEOUS. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
