This document usually consists of description of products being sold, quantities, prices, and term of payments where it will bound the buyer to pay to the seller with agreed terms. And an invoice usually made for non cash-and-carry or non cash-on-delivery transaction, or for corporate transaction where its finance and accounting department needs it for making a payment.
