This is a SWOT analysis template to help you analysing your business. What is SWOT ? SWOT stands for Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. Strengths and weaknesses are internal factors. Opportunities and threats are external factors. A SWOT Analysis can be used to locate your business among its competitors by focusing on its strengths, minimize threats, and take the greatest possible advantage of opportunities available to your company. Or, you can use it to value yourself and to develop your career in a way that takes best advantage of your talents, abilities and opportunities. When carrying out your SWOT Analysis, be realistic and rigorous. Apply it at the right level, and supplement it with other option-generation tools where appropriate.
As previously mentioned, there are four factors in SWOT that is used for business analysis. Those four factors will have different parameters for different business area. I put some parameters for samples in this template. But, this parameters are more suitable for retail business. Once you download and open it, you can add or change parameters that irrelevant with your business. You can start fill short information about your company and its competitors in this template. And you can give more values to rank those companies.
